The phone is done but wasnt backed up in time. most my stuff is backed up on google but somethings werent. any way to get them? and is there any way verizon will somehow replace it or something maybe for extra cash but i dont have any insurance

If you can get it to power on, connect it to a computer and see if you can get the files you need off of it. And good luck trying to get Verizon or anyone to replace a water damaged phone that had no insurance... Time to start browsing ebay or swappa for another device.

Are you running out of space on your phone? Bec I'm having the same prob but I think it has to do with the fact I don't have much space left on my phone so emails not updating.

When I click on the voice mail app (Verizon) it says:
Quote
Welcome to Visual Voice Mail.

Due to a change in your phone, we need to update your Visual Voice Mail service.

When we finish the update, Basic Visual Voice Mail will be provided free of charge.

Anyone have any info on this update?

my phone constantly displays the storage space running out warning
I tried deleting some things but I don't want to delete anything else
is there any other way to clear up some space that maybe isn't really being used?

Why not move all your storage to a SD car?
