At the rate these phones are coming out I don't think you can expect such things all the time.

Just out of curiosity what would you have liked to see?
+1. I can't keep getting new phones every time a new model comes out. Phone carriers should probably start allowing upgrade elligiblity earlier.

Alright, so who's getting a Galaxy s5 around here?

I'm due for one, but I'll probably wait to see what HTC etc. offers.
But, I'll probably end up with this.
First, it's probably a great phone. Second, you get used to a phone type.
Removable battery is a make or break for me.

Then don't bother waiting. Everyone else bailed on that.

Between the rubber back, new menus, bigger battery, faster processing, and waterproofing this actually looks like a nice upgrade IMHO.

I'm not due for an upgrade for another 14 months so S6 it is for me.

If they make a mini with the same specs I'd highly consider it. Too bad I'm dreaming.

One of the little reasons I miss the Iphone. It is a must to use 2 hands with the Galaxy.

its rated with a rating of 7 which is second highest. They say it can be submerged up to 1m for 30 minutes.

It is a must to use 2 hands with the Galaxy.
-1, and I have small fingers.
My thumb may only be able to reach 70% of the screen but I just have the icons I need to access with one hand within that range.
Anything on the very left or top are things I know I'll need a 2nd hand to reach.

So do I. On my home screen I have the apps I always use. To get to those apps you MUST use 2 hands. Obviously not for every part of the screen, but with the Iphone you can reach any part of the screen with one hand.

It's not impossible to get by one handed. But it's getting harder and harder.  You do adjust and get used to it as much as you can but eventually the screens just get too big. At least for my fingers. I personally swapped my g4 for the HTC One because my fingers were starting to hurt.

Correct. Don't get me wrong I happen to love my S4, but that is one of the small issues with it IMO.

-1.
There are 7 home screens.
Position the apps in the 70% of the screen that can be reached with one hand.
Then you have the advantage of the iphone with reachability but a bigger screen to watch things when you want to.

Ok I could do that, but I like when my screen looks neat and when there is a gap on the top left of my screen it would get me nervous lol... also there is only 1 main home screen (That's the one I am talking about)

I just have my phone open to where it left off, not a home screen.
At any rate, just put some widgets up there to fill the space and have the apps you need to reach within one handed striking distance.

Ahhh gotcha. Eh widgets I don't use would be worse then a space with nothing  :-[
