The had of route planning already told me that SFO/ORD-TLV were strong possibilities once the B789 comes online.

That's because the real reasons for shutting down CLE were one-two combo of the 08/13 pilot qualification rules and the 01/14 FAR117 minimum rest directive.
No better place to solve that than shutting down the smallest hub primarily made up of regional jets.
The newly invented losses were accounting shuffling to accompish the shutdown without paying out millions in fines to OH.

The good news came today. OH will audit UA at UAs expense.
