Ya so we got it. Didnt have the "pack of 12". Just got regular amount of 1 pack of 4. Now what

Sent them email, they said they are sending 7 more. Told them that I am expecting 125 more.

Dealing with them on the phone. It's much simpler. They keep sending me "replacement" orders for 12 more each time (keep the case you got for free).
On 1 account, after second replacement order, they offered to either try another replacement order or they can open a support ticket to get investigated why I'm getting shorted. I compromised and asked for a refund since I didn't want to have to deal with more follow-up, especially from "investigation". Rep refunded for full order, essentially giving me 2 free cases.
Gonna deal with other accounts tomorrow.

Deal is still live btw.

Ordered 12 (x12, x4) got 1 (x12, x4). Sent an email, then called. Got a refund for 11/12 orders, making the price for 12 regular boxes $2.89 including shipping. I figured that was more than fair.

Ordered 12 (x12x4), received 1 (x12x4). They then sent me 7 more 4 packs and are refunding me $20. I'll see what happens from here.
