When transferring a balance from one card to another (and then back to a third)-
Does anyone know if I can submit the request to pay off the 2nd (using the 3rd) before the amount posts to the 2nd?
I'm trying to avoid the balance sitting on the 2nd card for a week or more until all the requests are processed.
What's the worst case scenario?
