The bus company would have to install GPS trackers in all the busses, as well as a backend to make the info available.

if I owned a fleet of busses that had to be on routes on schedule, they would be gps'd.

Maybe just "connect" the system the store already use for quick check-out into some kind of account. Save you from scanning twice. Or once and checking out faster at store.

There were talks about a grocery store that was going to place nfc type tags in all their products so as you take it off the shelf you put it directly into a bag. When you are ready to leave you just walk through the checkout lane and it automatically just picks up everything in the cart so you can go straight to your car. Seems kinda crazy but would be pretty cool.

An alarm app that can be set according to zmanim like ring 30 min. Before zman krias shma, remind me to daven mincha 15 min. Before shkia etc.

(i.e. if it "dings" at Shkiah, then the app automatically calculated/hooked up with another time app too know each day when daily Shkiah is..)

Should be simple to add audio alerts to a Zman calendar!

The 'kuntz' would be for people to add their own custom times... (i.e. personal lunch break alert to always beeps 45 minutes after Chatzos each day)

Yes, I thought that type of thing exists already, if not, then I may know some coders for that (for iPhone)

they make the iPhone, iPad and Android versions via bluetooth (and breath - not cognitive answers... but that's smart!)

I have a Tasker setup to automatically prepare my phone for shabbos (airplane mode, silent) it's based on the weekly candlighting time for my current location, so it's definitely doable to do something similar for daily shkia
