Aadvantage Points - Can anyone help??

I have an emergency (Family member not well) and wanted to fly out to Montreal from NY tomorrow. I made a reservation on American Airlines for the flight and put it on hold in order to transfer SPG points to my AA rewards program for the flight. (If I pay for the flight in cash it would cost me $1,134.20 - due to last minute reservation). Problem is SPG can in no way make the transfer so quickly. Even with their rush program it takes 3-5 days for the transfer to take effect and I desperately need it for tomorrow. Can somebody allow me to use their AA points (25,000 of them) to book this flight, and I will transfer my spg points back to your AA program right away? I would really appreciate if someone can help out in this respect. It would be a lifesaver. Thank you and Tizku L'mitzvos.

DId you put through the transfer yet from SPG to AA? if yes when?
If you initiated by Friday morning then alot of reports indicate you would have them by today.

If anyone has LAN or Qantas then I believe either make for a great use on this route.

I am aware of that. Thing is I didn't try doing the transfer till today and there's no way it will post by tomorrow. So I did not do the transfer. Now I'm trying to see if I can book the flight with someone elses AA points and pay it back with either SPG points or AA points once I make the transfer, which BTW leads to another question: Can one transfer AA points from one account to another person's account?
