This guy is not selling anything right now. The question is what is the scam ? I have had a similar situation a while back and ebay closed it. But I can't figure out the scam.

happened before that people had to waste a lot of time for such things, ok now it was already out of control that eBay got involved, but in smaller cases people had issues to get back their money
