Switching planes in Charlotte?

Hi all,

I'm booking a flight from DAB to PHL for my aunt.  I'd like to minimize the amount of travel time but I have no experience with Charlotte airport and I'm wondering if 45 minutes is a long enough time to switch planes?  The first plane is operated by PSA Airlines dba US Airways Express and the second plane is operated by US Airways.  Does anyone know this airport?

I've been to CLT countless times.  If you move quick you can make it from one end of the airport to the other in 10 minutes.   I can't speak to flight delays, getting off the plane, etc. though...
