No one was there. We had a real friendly judge who officiated our "ceremony" and then he asked to take pictures with us because he respected the Jewish value of marriage.

Don't go late, they close at 4:00 sharp,
When I went I arrived about 3:30, waited in line, at 4:00 the just sent everyone home even if you were there from before.

I just picked up the license. Got married at my wedding. My sidur kedushin made us.

A little of topic; if rabbi doesnt require legal marriage license, is their a benefit in getting legally married?
Right now my wife has a lot more benefits bec shes a "single mom"
Also have a friend that went bankrupt on his name and since wasn't legally married, started fresh on wife's name

Yes there are definitely benefits to bing legally married.
If you file taxes, being married can make a big difference. Also if you or (your wife)get health insurance from your job you may need to prove that you are married to have your wife covered by your plan.

you are getting legally married, you just arent filing... most rabbonim are ordained rabbis

Exactly? Hence the lack of yashrus by claiming benefits based on the fact that you're a single mom. I'll go back to my ethics thread. Just need to make a machaah every so often

A friend of mine who works at the Comunity Council told me he was asked by a clerk at the benefits office why there are so many single moms in Williamsburg...
