According to the Manhattan DA updated guidelines this dog would be roaming free on the streets since he didn't actually shoot

akram was investigated by UK intelligence in 2020, but determined not to be a terroristic threat.
Meanwhile his brother wants to know how he was ever allowed into the US with the criminal background he had.
