If anyone ever needs to know the number for uscis all offices in nj is (973) 848-7634 they update if they open or not at around 5 aclock in the morning so you can't know the night before by me they actually said they will be open 2 hours late and then a hour before they were supposed to open they said they will be closed the whole day so make sure to keep checking
