just hung up with someone (after taking the survey) who had just hung up with one of you! Saved me from having to explain the situation- got $82x3 (for 3 orders of 1 on same account) in promotional credit...im more than happy

didnt have to say much, he had just hung up with a ddfer (pretty safe to assume) and had given the guy $82 so he offered it to me...for all 3 of my orders

Got another $30.00. My total for the day is $10 GC balance, $107.96 in promo credit, and a rep who told me when it comes back in stock I can order it and they will honor mistake which I have in transcript.

In my second chat i did say that although I don't think they would have realized.

I just told that after thinking about it i didn't think they had done enough

Another option, spend the promo so they maybe dont see it, chat again, get more, then cancel order and get full promo credit back??

I think they're more sophisticated than Citi...

Either way, it wouldn't work for me as I got them to issue a credit to my CC.

Isn't it an issue to keep calling/chatting won't they see that they already have you 5 $10 credits?
