I got 25 from chatting. When they sent me the email asking if I'm satisfied, I wrote no. They gave me the option to be called or send an email. I chose to send an email. Just got a response saying I should order one at regular price and they'd refund the difference. So Amazon basically paid me 23.01 for the knives

You might as well but it seem like the most effective way has been to fill out the post chat survey by saying you are not satisfied and then you can email them or they'll call you.

Guy on the phone was no help, and the chat only offered for amazon to match the price when they sell it again. I filled out negative survey for phone call and sent an email. Will do another one for the chat as well.

Just noticed this post

Here is my breakdown Spoke with them 2 times since the initial purchase each time $25 credit was given, When I noticed that the order was canceled WITHOUT any email correspondence from Amazon I called to speak to a native speaking American and got $50. I also communicated with someone via Chat and they gave $40 to make it right. AND in Addition the $10 per order given automatically.

25+25+50+40+10+10 = $155

Not to Shabby BUT I would have loved the 2 knife sets.

Wait. IS that for two orders or for one order? If you only had one order then I have been beaten
