Ye was weird how they just walked out
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

What I don't understand is why Lori was so interested in the deal. I dont agree with the others that it was a charity case - she clearly thought that the business was worth significantly more than he was asking. So why not explain that to the others when they accused her of doing a charity deal?

Bc she didn't listen to full details about the company. She made a deal very quickly and didn't give the guy a chance to discuss how he finds the scholarships etc

True. But she had an intensity that was way beyond charity. She wanted that deal REALLY badly. Which makes me think that it wasn't charity, but rather that she had some idea of how or why the company was far more valuable than the ask. Even without hearing more details.

Personally cant stand Lori. Everytime she wants a deal she gives the people an ultimatum. Why should they only take your deal., They came to shark tank so they could have an offer from all but she gets all mad when they dont only listen to her.

They were upset because lori and damon didn't treat it like a regular shark attack and the rest felt like the two just offered money as a charity case...

i love the show and think robert is soo jewish even though he isnt. Would love to do a deal with him!

If it was just a charity case, then why was she so agressive in getting the deal?

I believe that Lori (and Daymond) jumped at the deal because of the price.
Don't forget Lori is worth pennies compared to the other..
Robert just got offended because it hit some nerve.
Also, not so dramatic when the show is over to walk out, that is expected anyway..

What was most interesting about this deal was that when they were aprehensive he offered to use his own house as a collateral and then they agreed.
I had never seen that strategy before and wonder if it will become more common to snare a reluctant shark

but the way he made a scene out of it is not expected (not saying I blame him, Lori was getting really nasty)

Thats what I think.  The price was really good so they didnt care to hear his business model. I imagine they had their own ideas of how to make money off of this business. It was rude to not hear the guy out, but I wouldn't call it a charity case at all.

Not so sure that was the last one of the day when it was filmed, they arent necessarily filmed in the order that they are shown.  Which brings me to another point, there had to be more to the story that was edited out.  I think Robert, Mark, and Mr. W felt that Lori was getting involved in something she has no knowledge of primarily because she felt bad for the guy.  There probably were other things said that were not shown that made them think that.  They also felt that she didnt follow the protocol of asking questions and understanding the business before making an offer.  Robert may have been interested in the business but he wanted some questions answered before he made an offer and he never got a chance.  Personally, I think all is fair in the Shark Tank.  No issues with Lori making that offer for whatever reason she had in mind.  She gave the guy 20k (Daymond gave another 20k).  Its a low risk play for her, even if it comes from a place of sympathy.
The editors probably did a good job of making it look worse than it was.  They probably get up and take a break after many of the deals.

if you notice that they're always wearing the same clothes in the episodes they are in. (i.e. when Daymond and Barbara switch off is the only time you notice a change in clothes). so they didn't just storm out after this deal because they shoot all of the deals over a course of two days. so like it was stated before they prob just took a break after this proposal and the editors made it look worse than it was. I'm sure four min later the robert, mark, and kevin walked right back in....

Of course the drama is always edited to be more than it really is, but in reality, I can't imagine them all getting along so much, and im sure the seating is like that for one reason or another.

i seem to recall that I read the producers like the bickering and actually asked them to do more of it
