I wish there was a list which said all of the deals (apparently 75%) that fell through after the show and the person ended up without a shark.

Apparently after the show, if any of the numbers (ie profit margins, revenues etc) are different than what the shark was told, they have the right to cancel the deal. And it happens a lot.

Sounds fair.

It's called due diligence. They mention it on the show every now and then

They always have the right to cancel, even if the numbers are accurate.

Ya, i know,I am curios which ones the deals fall through.
Take sweep easy for example they were falling all over the guy offering him great deals but it seems from his ads and website that the deal they offered him fell through but I have no way of knowing that For sure.

In this particular scenario you can know for SURE by looking at their website...

That's 1.

I bought the sound bender which works well but not with my case so I don't use it too much. Also bought the Lollacup which I don't find to be that great.

+1 I bought it too. I thought the concept was great but it always leaks and is a real rip off at $16+.

I couldn't get it when Daymond Johns made a deal with a guy on the mission belt that has the track, it's sold already in yiddish stores for years. That guy claimed he recently came up with the idea and he has a patent on it, and it makes sense to license it. It's true that all the big companies don't have it, but his idea? For years it's sold in the yiddish stores.

Should've ran the idea by his business partner, Moshe Weiss.

Sometimes I  think it's a safe bet that their connections and help are worth so much that no matter what you give up chances are you'll become a millionaire and if you do it yourself much less likely so it's always kedai to get a deal.

And the Chrismukkah guy really had me riled up...

Do you honestly think that there is a market for jewish tree ornaments? Aside from the fact that a star of david is like the most unoriginal idea, ever.
