It does, I've seen it advertised but I can't remember the name.

I remember years ago there was a box which printed all your emails for $9.99 a month

That sounds right. I went online and they have email only but it uses dialup which isn't good. This isn't actually for me, but for a sibling who doesn't want internet access on her phone or in her house but still would like to get emails with attachments (pictures, pdf, word documents). If anyone has other ideas that would be appreciated.

From a purely technical perspective, other than dial-up, there is no such thing as an email only dsl/cable service.  Basically, all it would be is regular service with a filter (either on you end, or their's).

I have someone in my company who does not want internet @ home and has all his emails faxed to his home (would require a server running somewhere). If interested I can find out the technical side how it`s set up.
