1. How much is the mortgage on a 4BR home in Brooklyn? Can't imagine it's much less than that.
2. I'm talking about self-employed. Obviously if employer is paying that's bupkis.
3. I know people that pay good money in CH for parking spots and finding street parking at night is pure torture.
4. Why doesn't an NYC driveway (if you have one) need to be plowed? How did they get out today?
5. No idea if tuition is comparable yet.
I pay the full $4K asking price for nursery with hot lunch for now.
