Count me in. The only main issue I see right now is schooling. I'm not into the whole homeschooling thing.

most warm weather communities have it all set up,
aside for the schooling.
Therefore, that's a big reason why people migrate to much less appealing areas. They end up either:
1) paying a lot of money for (LA housing/rent and schooling cost$)
2) disliking the weather (NYC, too cold; MIA, too hot, etc...)
3) having a long commute to work, not owning a lot of land, etc...
This can be solved in HI if there are 10 male and 10 female quality teachers (or 10 teaching couples - of grades K - 9 ready to move)
By 10th grade, we'd have to save up enough money to pay to fly them to Mesivtas/high schools
