Verizon Doubles Data for Users

Save $600 over 2 years. That's more than the value of a phone subsidy and you have the early upgrade option after 14 months.

im trying to understand how it works. It says u can upgrade after 60% of the phone is paid off so do u then stop having to pay off the 1st phone?
