Any advice or direction would be helpful...
I booked a refundable ticket...
They are charging me $750 to cancel...
I spoke to supervisors and everything they say no way to waive it...

Online when I booked it it said "Refundable"

Always have to read the fare rules.
So many people get messed over thinking they're so smart doing this stuff...

Oy... I booked an AA first class ticket on Friday for over $6000 and it said refundable, does it not mean 100% refundable?

Where are the fare rules?
I am looking again now and just says plain "refundable"

Why can't I book a refundable ticket and cancel when my plans change?

Fare rules are only clickable at time of purchase.
A fare can be refundable but with a penalty due.

From past experience when canceling online it takes forever to process and when calling in they process it right away so thats what I did...
