I tried it it is very time consuming and IMHO not worth it.

I was very strict about it and the weight loss was nothing exciting.

The say it's supposed to be a gradual loss like only a couple of pounds a week. Did you not even see those results?

For what I was doing it was not worth the weight I was losing. What I'm doing now is less time consuming and doesn't occupy my brain 24/7

My wife had been using the WW points system for the last 2 months, and has been steadily losing around 2 pounds per week.
