agreed, however, there's a better way to notify the best deals onto the bochurim's cell phones without them having to call a hotline.

(i.e. like the original beepers, before there were cell phones - there is also silent mode and just print out a one liner/Number code,
so then they'll know to go to a phone or a comp.
Use that technology on a mass cell# list 1-2x per week, only on the big deals.)

I was referring to send the higher level deals within the first 10 minutes -
The 1-2x per week is the number of avg times per week that it would probably happen --
that they'd probably get that phone notification (much better than calling a hotline every hour to check...)
