Pesach or Summer Apt rental In Mallot Dafna!!!

Looking to sublease my apt for pesach and then again in the summer.

This apartments has big kitchen, two ovens (fleishig and Pareve), three counters and sinks, Central A/C, dishwasher, two porches, American tiles, newly renovated. Two bedrooms one and a half bathroom (bathroom has a bathtub and shower), Dud Shemesh. Extremely close to Yossi's Makolet where you can get all of your american supplies (they deliver!) Fully stocked with all brand new dishes and cookware.

Pesach Dates: March 25th until April 28th.

Summer Dates: June 19th until Rosh Chodesh Elul

I am looking for about $2000 a month (negotiable) This price will include all bills including, very fast internet, american DSL line, electricity, water, and gas.

Why would you say that!? Do you not want him to rent it out??
 In general, there is a disturbing trend here that anytime someone posts something for sale or rent or whatever, there is always someone that will pop up with an inane, useless comment that will affect the OP's ability to achieve what he wants.
Who cares if it is a little overpriced or not a great deal?? If somebody is willing to go for it then great, if not, not.

my 2 cents:

i think that if someone is really overpricing something then its worth commenting - respectfully and with basis of support, but pointless comments about cats should be left unsaid.

to improve on a well known phrase: if you only have something dumb to say, shut up
