How do you trade/buy/sell SPG for AA or AMEX MR

I read in many topics about trading or buying selling points/miles etc. 
Since I can only switch SPG between members of same household are people suddenly becoming brothers/sisters? 
What about AA miles is there a way for someone to top off your account?

if so how do people buy my miles or if i buy someone's how will it get to my account?

Welcome to the game.

Key word: "Household" as the same address.

As a general rule, AIRLINE miles can't be transferred without paying enormous fees.  This includes AA, CO, UA etc.
SPG and MR allow transfers in certain ways between accounts and miles accounts. For example, MR can transfer from one account to someone else's CO account and SPG can be transfered to someone else's SPG if they have the same address.

In terms of buying/selling AIRLINE miles, the accepted way to do such a transaction is to book for the buyer or simply sell him the entire account with password and buyer can change the password and all info EXCEPT for the name.
