What's "fairly decent" to you?
I have an excellent little Transform Ultra in near-mint condition, but its a gingerbread device with hvga resolution. I bought a set of 4 of them from a liquidator to hold over members of my family who wanted to try out Android. I only need 3 so the 4th was going to go back for sale. Turns out they are pretty snappy little devices, sometimes surprisingly so (helps that the GPU an CPU were designed for higher resolution, so they really FLY on this one).
But if you're not into budget handsets, you can find more top-tier devices like the EVO LTE (HTC One X variant) for under $100 on ebay, but since you don't like ebay you can find them for a little more on swappa.com or craigslist. Very decent phone for the money, I've been considering one myself.
