new rule for frequent Foreigners driving in Israel
« on: February 20, 2014, 10:39:16 AM »
[I had no idea which thread to put this in, so I choose this one]

If you goto israel once every 3 months [even for a day] you will be need to get an israeli drivers license to drive in the country

Apparently Israel has amended the law that anyone in the country for more than 1 year needs to get an Israeli license.
The problem is that anyone who makes frequent  trips  will be snagged into the rule.

definitely bad news for frequent travelers
