Hilton Tel Aviv - 2nd room with 50% off?

I was told by some friends that they booked last year and the 2nd room for kids was 50% off at the Hilton TLV.
I checked on the website and I only see 25% off a second room for families.

Does anyone have any insight on this?

Check on their website about whatever their current "family policy" is.  It used to be 50% off the second room there and also the WA Jerusalem.  Obviously this only works for paid stays, not points bookings.
