Did you try calling.. I had this issue before and I had instances where they still let me cancel.

Huca at least 4 times. Booking.com said it's up to the hotel. Hotel mangement seems to be a btch. Spoke them numerous times.

Now I get it. Of course they don't want to let you change the days since they are fully sold out. Which tactic have you tried with the hotel, to change the date or to get a refund?

Called, when I asked for email they said they wanted to know why etc. they said they'll call me back but didn't of course. Will be doing first thing in the morn.

FYI, that hotel is not so good with communications. I had to wait about a week before someone finally got back to my emails or calls.

they called back before I had a chance to email. I can switch to any date I want if there's availability. Looking to sell a night for $250 or best offer.
