Huca at least 4 times. Booking.com said it's up to the hotel. Hotel mangement seems to be a btch. Spoke them numerous times.

Now I get it. Of course they don't want to let you change the days since they are fully sold out. Which tactic have you tried with the hotel, to change the date or to get a refund?
Called, when I asked for email they said they wanted to know why etc. they said they'll call me back but didn't of course. Will be doing first thing in the morn.
