Got the following email after making an order using a GC purchased at a local supermarket:

We have canceled your order and voided the Amazon gift card balance used in the purchase.

We took these actions because you tried to use Amazon.com gift cards that are in violation of our terms and conditions. We cannot reissue the Amazon.com gift cards or reimburse you for these funds. Please note that if you purchased your Amazon gift card from a retailer, or obtained it from a third party, they won't be able to reissue the gift cards or reimburse you for these funds.

If this activity continues, we may take a permanent action on your account.

If you believe we took this action in error, please reply with an attachment of the gift card purchase receipts or other documentation of gift card ownership such as an email or sms from the sender of the gift card, or and image of the physical gift card. When sharing the document, be sure that the name, address, payment type, and relevant transaction information are clearly visible.

This happened to me last prime day, and I emailed them the receipts but never got another response.
They basically canceled a $1000 order, voided my $500 GC and left me with $500 GC credit.
What do I do now?

There's 1 family member who keeps ordering on my account and his card consistently gets declined, and instead of a email to update card or something, random cards in my account get charged without notice. Is there any way to prevent this from happening besides for locking my account from other members?

If I make a purchase using courtesy credits. And then want to return the item, will I be refunded via  Courtesy credits or will I lose them?

I tried it with the 12.50 prime day credit and they didn't want to refund it.

Last week it was $50 cheaper (and I forgot to order it on an AMEX plat) I reordered it.
When I went to return my original purchase I realized that I am one day past the return window.
I chatted Amazon asking for a return. Rep granted it but would only do a UPS pickup. I explained that I am not home during the day and that never works out.

So the red just credited me $700,+

I was at an amazon fresh store earlier today for the first time. Aside from being horrifically expensive, I felt like I was in a casino on steroids in terms of the amount of cameras. There's literally a camera every 1.5 feet. And the dumbest parts is, it's marketed as a "walk in, walk out" place without stopping to pay, (hence the cameras watching everything you do, so they know what to charge you) but everyone was in the one line that was old school with a cashier.
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

I recall seeing somewhere that it's sensors, not cameras.

I chatted Amazon today regarding a broken bar on stroller purchased a little less than a year ago (Cybex). The associate generously offered a refund to GC balance or credit card. When I got back to the chat half hour later, there was a different associate, who actually had the audacity of deleting the previous chat information and went back on their word for the refund. Did anyone else have this? That their chat history was deleted from the back end by Amazon? They effectively removed all proof that I was about to receive a refund and went back on Amazon's word. Any tips? Advice? Thank you.
