Lately out of the blue during checkout it started going to shipping address page, then to shipping options, then to credit card page before going to the final checkout page. Any way to skip all this like it always had ?

Try to check again your default cc and shipping address.
Happen to me when 1 cc expired ..

I often experience,
when order is shipped, tomorrow there is a price change for the same item but more expensive.

Well they sent me a label to mail back the Tide that leaked bc it was thrown in the box with no plastic or bubble wrap or anything...

I ordered a costume on Amazon from a 3rd Party seller, FBA.  It arrived today in a box that was previously opened and the costume is clearly used.  I am in Israel and don't want to risk trying to get a replacement in time for Purim.  I am happy to pay ~half of new price.  Should I negotiate with the seller or Amazon CS?
