I hope that's not some new policy. The rep tried to refund & the system wouldn't let her. The supervisor said that's a policy but she overrode it as a one-time exception.

so the way it's coded by them is as a coupon, And a coupon you don't get back as it's not money,
I had the same issue 2ws (could have happened more times that I don't know of) first time was on the phone too long, then wen I was on hold, I chatted, told them the whole issue, 30 seconds later they gave me a new promotion credit,
Another time they cancelled the order, and they did not want to do anything about it, till I 'complained about the service I'm getting' then he was able to (I guess bc I complained) give me $5 (not as much as I lost) I gave up after that...
What's your plan for yud shvat?

The rep I had spoke to originally had told me to return it & I'd get refunded. He probably didn't see the payment method.

amazon keeps shipping my fba stuff in original manufacturers packaging leading to bad feedback and returns. any way to force them to packag it properly

I sell on ebay for amazon sellers who have returns or just want to branch out. Offering great rates as i have eBay store and have 100% positive feedback. Im Only charging 15% for anything under  $150 and 10% for anything  over  $150 i take care of listing storing and shipping as well as answering potential buyers questions  email me at ebayseller90@gmail.com for inquiries
