I've gotten emails congratulating me on starting prime 3 times in the past day. I didn't sign up for it, neither did anyone else with access to my acct, and I actually changed my password between the second and third times. Each time I immediately cancelled it and got an email promising a full refund, but it's completely annoying. Any ideas?
Make sure to change the passwords for any account that's connected, directly or indirectly.
For example, let's say your login to your Amazon account is cholent@gmail.com, make sure to change the passwords for your gmail account (cholent@gmail.com) as well. To continue with the example, say that cholent@gmail.com is a delegated account for kugel@gmail.com, make sure to change the password there as well. And the backup account for kugel@gmail.com is gefilte@gmail.com; the backup account for cholent@gmail.com is shnitzel@gmail.com, make sure to change those passwords as well. Etcetera.
Make sure that your email accounts aren't set to auto forward to any other account.
