How long has Amazon's CS number been down? Still cant get through to a human

here's a direct link for you to reach an Amazon customer service either via chat or call depending on what your problem is..

https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/contact-us?ref_=cu_csp_phone_button&from=gp&source=csp&initialIssue=asin-order&_encoding=UTF8

Tell me if that works for you.
Don't try to be someone else , be who you are because everyone else is taken.

Why do you want your personal orders mixed with business? But more importantly, 2 accounts means double sipping on promotions/coupons.
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

No but you can get "duo" for $69/year on the business account https://www.amazon.com/businessprime

well I'm not paying for prime now as I piggyback on someone else as a free additional household so not sure if worth it.

Besides being able to have double the deals what are the other disadvantages of having 1 combined account?

Ordered a sale item a couple of months ago when it was “temporarily out of stock” and order stayed open with estimated ship date kept moving later and later.

Item is now back in stock at regular price, and I found a “request refund or replacement” button that allowed me to order a replacement (no extra cost) that is coming this week :)

Not relevant for too many here, but very annoying for anyone living outside the US (like me):

As of today Amazon seems to be directing amazon.com links to the Amazon site of the country that you're in. For example, until now if I clicked an Amazon link on DDMS it took me to the same page as anyone in the US, but now DDMS links redirect me to the amazon.ca page for that product, obviously with a different price and sometimes not available at all. Until today amazon.com and amazon.ca were completely separate (besides using the same login info) but things now seem to link between the two.

Now if I want to order something on amazon.com it seems that I have to go to amazon.com and search for the item. Clicking through any links redirects based on my location.

Just played with this a little more, and this is strange: it only seems to be a problem on DDMS. I clicked through links from 3 other websites to Amazon and none of those redirected me to amazon.ca, but all DDMS amazon links do redirect me. I even tried links for the same product. (DDMS and CCC- the DDMS links send me to .ca but the CCC link sent me to .com.)

@jj1000 were there any recent changes in how you generate amazon links for DDMS?

Amazon just changed their authentication process for signing in on an unrecognized device.

They used to send an OTP (one time password) to the email address, now they started sending a link that you have to open and click "approve sign-in".
120 characters? Hmm, I wonder what I could write with 64 characters. Boy, it's gonna be hard to use up 15 characters. W-

Thanks. I'm gonna have to play around with it a bit more and see if I can figure it out.

Both, and it happens regardless of whether I'm signed in or not.

I don't have the app installed.
