Just want to add a bit on Nespresso customer service.

Wife had issues with a part of the machine, they sent a replacement machine (lower line) and had us send ours in for repair. Since the machine they sent was not the same as ours, they sent a "gift" and expedited the repair. Took about a week or so, but cam back working great and they sent an espresso set.

Would recommend the company.
