im not talking about an A/A they didn't close the account b"h ,they just blocked the account until they verify the income information its an F/R

i had that once and i sent in the form even though i never filed taxes and a month later they restored my accounts

When I applied for my first citi cc they asked to verify income, mailed a letter from employer stating my salary and was approved a week later.

it cant hurt. ime theyre pretty clumsy about it and if they dont get it done within 30 days youll automatically get your accounts back
