Is Tasker even available on ios?

slightly off topic: I stuck a NFC chip on the doorpost to my shul (near the mezuza lol) - when users tap their phone to the chip it silences everything, disables GPS, WIFI, Bluetooth etc (to conserve battery) and a notification pops up saying "Kavana Mode Enabled"

When leaving the shul, users tap it again to re-enable everything etc...

I encourage others to program chips like this as well (takes 2 minutes) - really helps in a "businessman's" shul

I use hebcal.com for getting  the zmanim in Tasker.
ETA: I just checked seems like hebcal.com can only return values for candlighting and havdalah, not shkia (though you could use the candlighting time to calculate approximate shkia for rest of the last week). Gotta check if other zmanim sites have developer api's to use.

Nothing, you would just have to manually up the volume and re-enable services (takes a sec on androids)

Yes, I'd think that they are all using the same API

Hebcal is really easy to use with a simple "http get" and then splitting out the needed values, but when trying it with myzmanim it's returns so much more than needed, gonna take some patience to split it out.

An alarm app that can be set according to zmanim like ring 30 min. Before zman krias shma, remind me to daven mincha 15 min. Before shkia etc.

I'd think that there would be an abilitiy to send pre-timed texts.

i.e. send to wife Text #1 at 9:48am
      send Text #2 at 2:04pm
      send Text #3 at 5:52 pm

(however, if there are lots of questions and answers in between, then text #2 may sound funny if it starts with, "since it's been a while...."
