That was part of my question... I guess they would scan them... why not? How does it work?
If they don't scan them the system will start offering upgrades. But I'd offer it out - it would get lonely alone in the front.

21000/3228=6.5
6.5*128=$832

You can't buy and keep 10 tickets for one flight they will dupe and cancel out and even if they don't you will not earn 10xs milage #goodtry

I don't get the allure of this deal.

1076 X 2 ways X 1.5 = 3228 miles

I would have to do the RT six times to get Aegean gold.

What am I missing?

Actually you can do it 100 times and not get Aegean gold.
