A friend is going to Virginia Beach next week, any advice re: kosher food, activities etc?
How old is the group or individual?

Oh. Can you disclose the reason why the hechser will be removed Jan 1st?
Is there any other options near VA Beach?
IIRC this is the only option it will be huge issue for anyone thinking of visiting Norfolk or VA Beach as no decent? options to eat out

Most of their patrons are not kosher observant, it was a financial decision as I understood.
There are no other options for eating out that I am aware of

There's a woman who sells cooked food privately. But not a restuarant.
I'm not who you think I am.

Good to know! I had spent some days in 2017 in VA beach, thinking of going back one day.

If anyone needs/wants cooked kosher food while in Norfolk you can PM me for information about someone who makes meals there.
