Had the same issue. Live chatted and the rep told me that the issue is known and they are working on fixing it, and she will manually add the discount. She also tried to upsell me, and suggested I try the flavors packets. Those had a 17% pop up, but it did not reflect at checkout, so she manually gave applies 20% to that as well.

Cool! did she mention when the sale ends? I heard that it's March 30 but I couldn't confirm so I left it out.
