Worked for me @ 2PM, kept on adding it to the cart and then deleting it until about the 5th time the promo worked.

Just received my 13 cases!
and they are marked for NYC deposit, so that brings my price per bottle down to 6 cents!

Just an idea for those who cannot get the 20% discount to come up,
you can order 11 cases at 4.99 a case, then apply the coupon for $20 off which brings the price per case down to $3.17 per case
If you live in NYC then you get back 5 cents per bottle or $1.20 a case bringing the price down to $1.97  a case!

Got mine today too!

ETA:  I decided not to keep the flavor packets, and when processed the return online, they told me to keep it!  So I got myself some Crystal Light, too!
