Not saying it's not a good deal at $150, but you can get it for $240 on Amazon brand new.

$596 is the MSRP, in this case that's the price it was when it first came out 2-1/2 years ago.
So it's $90 off, for the fact that it's refurbished.

Do you not know that orig. price is just a marketing scam? $599.00 is just the highest available price anywhere for the item, or its the price it was when the item first came out.
The camera is selling for $259 on Amazon.
So B&H is $30 cheaper then retail, not $300.

I don't mean to keep putting your posts down, but a 12% discount on a camera is not that great..
