We went to a rav together, rav was taking her side completely(her father that's divorced a few times convincing him) , she had no good reason to leave..
She comes from a really broken family, and doesn't have concept of marriage.

Rav told her to get separated, he also making me give her everything, he said before i see my kids she must have passports.

I need a good lawyer # asap!

If she really has no good reason, there are many Rabbanim that will take your side. She has no right to a get or anything if she is a "Moredes". Did you try going to other powerful Rabbanim. One Rav doesn't control the world.

Maybe other Rabbanim can convince her to go to therapy.

Be careful, a rav can't make you give her anything nor prevent you from seeing your kids.

That's why he needs a lawyer. It seems like she's listening to the Rav.

From previous posts, I think moshiach1 lives in BKLYN. Please confirm. Also are you chasiddish litvish MO etc., for Rav recommendations.

Unless it's an end-of-game story, don't involve any lawyers. Lawyers make it an "official" fight. So if you think this is the route to take, then go for it.

Also, maybe try going back to the Rav by yourself. I don't like the fact that a professional serial divorcer was in the room.

If like he says his wife has no reason to divorce maybe some therapy together can help. Why lose the marriage if it can be saved.

In group therapy people voice emotions that they may have not been aware of...it can't hurt to give it a shot.
