I've tried it and never got anywhere. My guess is it rarely, if ever, works. I'd be curious to hear if someone else has success.

What do you care which airport you are passing? They say max 2 stops

I did it mostly out of curiosity. I used a visa card with like 2 dollars on it so I knew I wouldn't get charged. I used whatever recommened airports they have. Usually when a claim is rejected they tell you how you can bid again or give you an offer. Every time I bid for a flight to tlv they would say sorry and forward me to the regular search page, which is quite odd. So my conclusion is (unless proven otherwise) they don't really have the name your own price program to israel.

I meant which airports you avoided to start the trip from. i thought max is one stopover

I once called Priceline to ask them that. The rep said yes, but she sounded completely clueless (shockingly enough). My guess is they definitely would give you Turkish, not sure about Jordanian. Maybe it's just me but I wouldn't be too concerned. If it's Turkish I'd be more than happy to fly with them. And if I got Jordanian, I'd call up Priceline and try to explain why I can't fly. I imagine they'd give in, but I could be wrong about that. The best thing is probably to avoid doing name your own price if you see Jordanian as one of the cheaper options on a regular search.
