Any tips on how to get a deal on a specific hotel?

Hello,

My family and I are looking to stay at the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside in Surfside, FL for Pesach. We need to stay in this area because it is next to the shul and where we will be eating for the holiday.

On their site they only list ocean view king rooms for 440 a night. Any ideas on how I can get a cheaper rate? Maybe by calling them?

Any help is appreciated!

Me toooooooo!!!!!

How do I get a deal in Atlantis in the Bahamas? its only reasonably priced during hurricane season but the rest of the year its north of $500 a night!
