International calling not working after sim upgrade.
Its on & off. If you really need it, best bet is to try another carrier...

My Hello Mobile stopped working. How do I go about it?

    -Read the whole post to get an idea of whats happening.
    -Switch to the new SIM they sent you.
    -If you didnt get the new SIM, try logging and and getting one.
    -If you can't login or get a new sim, or you got one and lost it;
     = if you care for the number port out to a diff carrier, then port back
     = if you dont care for the number, turn off autopay, wait till line gets cancelled, and then order new SIM.
    OR just wait on hold with them for endless amounts of hours.....

    Good luck. Report back here on what worked for you. (if more people did that here it would help A LOT)

Strange.
International calling & MMS messages used to work just fine.
After the sim upgrade, not at all.

It's a widespread issue.
They claim they are working on it, although it's been 6 weeks already.

Have $5 lines for the kids with them.
Won't accept payment, their processor must be down.
Keep getting email that they will shut the acct down for lack of payment.
'Customer service' claims to wait a few days until they fix it, and not to worry, they won't shut account.
Would not be surprised if they close down suddenly.
