Any recommendation what to downgrade to?

Blue cash Everyday has 3X at grocery stores. Is that MR points or actual cash back?

”Cash back is received in the form of Reward Dollars that can be redeemed as a statement credit.”
It’s not an MR card

What needs to be done so that an au can use MR points?

I tried to take advantage of this https://www.dansdeals.com/credit-cards/targeted-use-1-amex-membership-rewards-point-get-30-off-60-amazon/ with an AU card and was told that the user is not authorized to use the points
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

Got an offer to add up to 4 AUs on my Everyday Card with 2,500 MR bonus per card for $250 spend. Any danger in buying GCs at Shoprite to qualify for this bonus, plus grocery spend, plus Shoprite bonus (if eligible). Or, is this like other SUBs where GCs may trigger adverse issues?
