people really only had luck switching for free if it was weather related

ANDERSON: We put a flat tire rule in place, for someone that misses their flight. (The rule allows customer service workers to waive a change fee and get passengers on the next flight if they were delayed by something unforeseen, like a flat tire.)

Basically you tell them the reason you are late is because you had a flat tire on the way to the airport nothing else seemed to work for me until i picked up the help phone again and told the agent that. and she rebooked me within 2 min

Obviously as good non lying yidden they have a spare tire at home that they punctured so whenever this happens they can say "we got a flat tire"
