Parking options:

Clarion hotel - $8/day, free shuttle, <5 minutes to the airport. Can often find a $2 off coupon here.
On-site parking - $15.5/day for long term lot (walkable), $14/day for economy lot (longer walk, or a very short shuttle ride).

I'm not saying! Don't want someone breaking into my car!

In going beginning of Feb Was kidding. Thanks for the info. Only concern now is coming back mid Feb and finding my car buried in snow.

It's an active parking lot. I would assume they would clean the lot.

Just left my car there for 11 days with no issues.

Is the Clarion still the best option? Any other ideas? Can i park nearly on the street and take a $5 cab to ISP?

Used Clarion recently. Paid $55 for 7 days.

There is a line of cabs there. They stay until the last flight comes in

Anyone fly out of this airport?

Thinking of taking a Southwest flight to BWI. Any suggestions for parking for a 3+ days?

There's a hotel 4-5 min away with a shuttle.

Clarion, IIRC.

This question implicitly assumes I completely disregarded your first question. Not a safe bet.

Thinking of taking a 6am flight Sunday morning, how long before the flight do I have to be there?
Is it a small airport that I can show up 1 hour before the flight with no luggage?
How long is the drive from BP/Flatbush that early in the morning?
TIA

Very small airport, an hour is more than enough time.

If the question is how far in advance do you need to arrive, the answer is even 45 minutes is enough time.
However, if the question is how much extra time do I need to leave for the drive to allow for traffic, then answer is whatever waze says plus an extra hour!

(I know OP is asking about 6am on a Sunday so 99.9% chance is that there will be no traffic. I am talking about in general.)
