Without. In the US there's usually no restrictions for new drivers.

Are you 18-21 years of age with a corporate account? Then what difference would it make?!? You can always say you misplaced your license and got a new one. Don't think they have any way of knowing how long you have been driving...

You should be ok. However they can decide to deny you. YMMV. Just be sure to bring a passport etc as photo ID.

With enterprise you can rent with any license as long as it is not probationary or provisional. That for NJ at least. Let me know where you plan on renting and I can confirm for that state.
